We collect your email and (optionally) your city and use-case from the waitlist form. We use it to contact you about NAGA. We don't sell it, share it, or send marketing emails unrelated to NAGA. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
NAGA ("we," "our," "us") operates the website at naga.gg and the gaming PC rental service launching in Bangkok and Chiang Mai on 1 July 2026. Contact: hello@naga.gg.

We do not collect IP addresses, browsing history, or any data beyond what you type into the form. We do not use cookies for tracking on this site at present. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future, this policy will be updated.
Only for these purposes:
We will not send unrelated marketing emails. We will not share or sell your email to anyone.
Our waitlist form is processed by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-handler that sends submissions to our email inbox. Their privacy policy is at formsubmit.co/privacy. Your data is then stored in our email inbox (hosted by our domain registrar / email provider).
We keep your waitlist signup until launch + 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you do not become a customer within that window, we delete the record.

NAGA is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, email us and we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy as the service launches and changes. Material changes will be announced via the email we have on file for you. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
