This page describes how the NAGA website and waitlist work today (pre-launch). Joining the waitlist isn't a purchase. The actual rental contract comes when we onboard you for service.
NAGA is in pre-launch as of 23 May 2026. The service launches on 1 July 2026. Anything on the naga.gg website at this time is informational only — joining the waitlist does not create a contract for service, does not reserve a specific rig, and does not constitute payment or pre-payment.
Submitting your email through the waitlist form means you'd like us to contact you when we're ready to onboard customers. We will reach out within 48 hours of your signup. From there, the onboarding flow is:

The "50% off year one for the first 25 founding members" offer applies to the first 25 people who become paying customers, not the first 25 who join the waitlist. Final founding-member pricing is confirmed at onboarding.
Pricing shown on naga.gg (e.g., "From $150 / month") is the indicative starting price for Config A direct rental. Final pricing for any individual customer is agreed in writing at onboarding. We reserve the right to update pricing on naga.gg as the service evolves.
The actual rental terms — including deposit, damage policy, cancellation, hardware ownership, service SLA — will be set out in the onboarding agreement provided at the time of signup. The descriptions on naga.gg are summary marketing language and do not form a binding contract until that agreement is signed.
The website is provided as-is. We try to keep facts accurate but pre-launch numbers, dates, and product details may change. We are not liable for any decisions made solely on the basis of website copy before the formal onboarding agreement.
The NAGA name, logo, wordmark, and the contents of this website are the property of NAGA and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Linking to naga.gg is fine.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand once NAGA is incorporated locally (expected by June 2026). Until then, English contract-law principles apply to the limited waitlist relationship described here.
Material changes will be communicated via the email on file. Continuing to use the waitlist after an update means accepting the updated terms.
